Sooo busy!!

I have been so busy this month. Teaching quiltmaking, fancy jackets, a hand bag and dolls at a Senior Center. But I have finished the main work on a new bag and just have to bead it. When? I don't know. I think that it will be really nice when the beading is finished. One photo shows the inside with pockets

orphan RR

Another box with a partially assembled doll will be on her way tomorrow.

sweatshirt jackets

I had the most fun of everybody in the room. Nine people were working on using a sweatshirt as a base to create their own wonderful jackets. I got to play artist in residence to brainstorm and work with them as they built the basic jacket afterwhich we will embellish and adorn the jackets to match each person's style. I will certainly post photos when they get finished. I was on a creative high!!! And as I usually do when teaching a class I'm building another jacket of mine to demo going through all the steps so I will have that one to show also. YAHOO!!!!!

A couple of new things (click picture to enlarge)

Whew!!! One of these days I'm going to slow down and quit trying to do everything. I have two dolls to complete from recent classes. Dorit's and Barb Willis's but in between I went to the quilt show in Ontario, CA, did a fun little workshop and am preparing for 4 classes to teach this month. That's besides our regular quilt club stuff, Doll club meetings and projects, E belles meetings and projects and I'm going to visit my mom in CA next week. I did get all ready for my jacket class coming up this Saturday.

I added another Natalie thing to my collection. You'll see it here. And I did this fun Geriatric Valentine quilt, too.

Next month I'm going to keep it simple so I can finish something.
