After MANY years as a frustrated wannabe artist I was able to begin doing IT after quitting my jobs in education. I did infuse the arts into my teaching at every opportunity. Now I dabble in the fiber arts as much as possible.
I also enjoy being with family, reading, playing poker, walking my dog, Beethoven and teaching quilting arts and other areas of the fiber arts.

The next photos of my doll from Natalie's class
Here she is tonight. Lots more to do as you can see but she's well on her way. More photos as she progresses.
Everyone's dolls look great - can't wait to see them finished. The faces are wonderful - isn't Nat a good teacher!!! I saw a photo of the doll prior to your class and would never have guessed what the base of the doll was. How clever!

Yvonne, The dolls are great. I love the way Natalie does her faces. Your doll is looking good and can't wait to see the finished doll!
hugs Karen
Yvonne...what a great class! I love it. Your doll looks awesome. I love the mosaic technique. Is the whole base done with Apoxie?
